FAQs

1. What does Wildfolk offer?

Wildfolk is a naturopathy service and herbal apothecary rooted in bioregional herbalism. We offer handcrafted tinctures, teas, and tonics made from locally grown and wildcrafted plants, alongside naturopathy consultations, seasonal foraging workshops, and retreats that reconnect people to the land, their bodies, and the rhythms of nature.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

All Wildfolk products are made and packed with care from our small apothecary at Mangaroa Farms. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, with delivery taking an additional 1–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

3. Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, Wildfolk ships within New Zealand only to ensure freshness, compliance, and sustainability. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — you can join our mailing list to be the first to know when that becomes available.

4. Can I return or exchange a product?

Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, we’re unable to accept returns due to change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@wildfolk.co.nz so we can refund or send another. Your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us.

5. Are your herbal products safe to use alongside medication or during pregnancy?

Our tinctures and teas are formulated by a qualified naturopath with care and clinical precision. That said, it’s always best to check with your healthcare provider before starting any herbal product if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication. You can also book a Wildfolk Naturopathy Consultation for personalised support.
