Drawing from the wisdom of ancient folk herbalism & evidence-based herbal medicine, these online circles invite you to attune to nature’s rhythms and cultivate intimacy with the land throughout all seasons.
This is a vibrant online sanctuary for those in the Southern Hemisphere seeking grounding, community, and deeper connection to the Earth’s rhythms & her plant kin. Together we’ll explore how to welcome plants as allies, build relationship, receive and understand their gifts, utilise their healing properties, and reclaim ancestral medicine making practices ~ deepening our reciprocal relationship with the land & sense of belonging in the great web of life.

We work primarily with common, accessible, and bioregional plant allies, chosen for their seasonal relevance and traditional use.
It is recommended that you source or harvest the herbs prior to starting the month so you can have it during our live tea ceremonies & experiment with it throughout the journey. However, you don’t need to source every plant to benefit. Listening, learning, and relating are sometimes just as powerful as tasting it & making medicine.

No prior experience is required.
This community welcomes both beginners and those already working with plants. Teachings are offered in a way that is grounded & accessible, allowing everyone to meet the plants where they are.
The intention of the course is it give you a fundamental understanding of herbalism.

This container is intentionally spacious.
You can expect to spend anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours per week, depending on your capacity. There is no requirement to watch everything or engage constantly, however it is recommended that you make the live calls or at least watch the recordings!

The circles recording will be on the portal for you to access any time.

All live gatherings are recorded and shared inside the community.
You’re welcome to engage live when you can (highly recommended), or to receive the medicine in your own time. Presence looks different for everyone.

This space was designed with real life in mind. The content intended to not overwhelm, and there is no pressure to “keep up.” You’re invited to take what nourishes and leave the rest. See this as a bank of herbalism resources & medicine making content that you can come back to any time you feel inspired to learn.
As a mother myself, I try to make the live calls at a suitable time for parents, and you are always welcome to just watch recordings in your own time.

At the end of the month, the circle closes naturally.
You’ll retain access to the content from your journey, and you’ll be invited (but never obligated) to continue into the next seasonal block if it feels aligned. Founding members have the $49 legacy price for all future circles.
