Join Tamsin, Sofia and Sam for an afternoon of connection, ritual, and celebration beneath the height of the summer sun.
The Summer Solstice marks the zenith of light, the longest day, when the sun stands still in full radiance before the slow return toward shadow. As we approach the solstice, it’s a wonderful time to honour this illumination, cultivate gratitude, and connect to the life force that moves through all things ~ both in the world and within ourselves.
Together we’ll gather in sisterhood to tend the hearth of our inner fire, through nature connection, guided yoga, elemental movement, foraging & deepening with plant medicine, fire, and ritual. We’ll celebrate what has ripened, release what’s complete, and open ourselves to the vitality that flows abundantly through body and Earth during this season.
Together we will:
Gather in a circle, exploring the wisdom of Nature’s cycles rooted in the Wheel of the Year
Connect with the land, meeting seasonal plant allies & heart medicines like Rose, Hawthorn
Create a sacred Earth altar to honour the season, the land, and our bodies as vessels of earth
Sip a herbal infused cacao elixir around the fire, tending warmth, presence, and connection
Be guided through sun salutations to awaken vitality & joy
Celebrate with free movement / dance to a curated soundscape
Reflect and journal to integrate insight, clarity, and personal meaning
Close in a drumming, song and shared storytelling circle
Embrace sisterhood and the remembrance of belonging in Nature
Leave feeling nourished, radiant, and deeply connected to our inner light ~ and to the living Earth around us.
