EARTH BODY ~ Solstice Day Retreat Ticket (early-bird)
The winter solstice represents a cosmic shift, a transition from the darkest point of the year toward the gradual return of light. The solstice is a symbol of hope, resilience, and the cyclical nature of life, a reminder that there is beauty to be found in the quiet darkness of winter’s dreaming Earth.
This is a day for remembering—
the wisdom in bare branches,
the quiet strength in roots unseen.
Here, we honour the slowing down, the deepening,
the sacred pause before the returning light.
We sink into the body of the Earth,
into the dark womb of the Mother,
and feel the pulse of something ancient within us.
Through breath, through movement,
through stillness and fire,
we meet ourselves in the turning of the wheel.
A space to rest, to release, to rekindle.
A moment to relish in the fertile darkness of Winter, and plant what is to come.
Sisters, we invite you to retreat with us for one day in honour of the winter solstice. A space to share cacao, somatic movement, a discussion around winter wellness, enjoy wholesome kai, commune with plant allies, make medicine, journey inwards & relish in the restfulness of yin yoga and sound.
We will hold you in reverence to receive what it is you need in the depths of winter. Join us for a deeply nourishing day of reflection, connection, and celebration.

About your facilitators:
Tamsin is a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Mother, and founder of Wildfolk Apothecary based at Mangaroa Farms in Wellington. Tamsin weaves together clinical naturopathic medicine, grassroots herbalism, and intuitive healing, to craft intentional plant medicine and experiences that support humanity’s reconnection to nature & her plant kin. Tamsin’s purpose is to inspire change in the way individuals connect with themselves and the natural world ~ restoring the innate & wild knowing that we are nature.
Katerina lives in soulful exploration of what it is to be in devotion to women. She is a mama, artist, movement facilitator (Embodied FlowTM) and currently studying yoni mapping and somatic sex coaching. She lives on Waiheke Island raising her two wild boys as nature intended, barefoot and connected. Katerina’s greatest offering is working alongside women to create inner harmony through self-expression, movement and bodywork.
