Remembering Her: Weaving in the Light
An Online Women’s Imbolc Celebration
Wednesday 30th July | 7:00 – 8:30 PM NZT
Join us in circle as we gather for Imbolc, the halfway point between Winter Solstice & Spring Equinox - a time that represents the first whispers of spring, the spark beneath the soil, the slow return of warmth, light, and creative energy.
Together, we will:
🌱 Drop in together to reflect & celebrate the shifting seasons
🌕 Orient ourselves on the Wheel of the Year, exploring the feminine archetypes, moon cycle, menstrual cycle & seasonal wisdom of Imbolc
🔥 Journey inward through guided meditation and journaling
🌀 Connect with sisters across the land to share insights
✨ Engage in a potent seed ritual to anchor your intentions for the returning light
In preparation for our ceremony, we invite you to begin gathering seeds — from the food you eat, your garden, your nature walks, your kitchen cupboard. By gathering seeds, we are also gathering our intentions. Let this be a playful practice of noticing the seeds surrounding you at all times. As you eat, become aware of seeds: the pips in your fruit, the cores of your vegetables. When out in nature, observe where the trees & wild plants hold their seed. Observe how unique they all are! Each seed, tiny yet vast, holds the mystery of becoming. Of transformation. Of life emerging from darkness.
🌙For our ceremony, please bring:
✧ A small collection of seeds you’ve collected
✧ A cup of earth from where you live, and a few leaves or flowers
✧ A vessel of water from your home or a nearby source (can just be your water bottle)
✧ A candle & blessing herbs
✧ A journal & pen for your reflections
✧ A warm cup of herbal tea or cacao
This is a space of remembrance. Of reawakening. Of honouring the seeds stirring within — the ones that have been dreaming in the dark, waiting for the right moment to sprout.
About Remembering Her:
Remembering Her is a seasonal online women’s circle honouring the sacred rhythms of the Earth, following the ancient compass of the Wheel of the Year. Rooted in ritual, storytelling, and sisterhood, each gathering offers a space to slow down, reconnect with nature’s cycles, and remember the wisdom that lives within. Through guided meditations, seasonal teachings, cycle wisdom, journaling, and ceremonial practices, we journey together - remembering the old ways, tending to our inner flame, and embracing our shared womanhood with Mother Earth as our mirror.
